We believe there is a very clear and necessary connection between the work of the Women and Gender Advocacy Center and the Movement for Black Lives and other racial justice movements. Providing education about gender and interpersonal violence, requires that we understand how racism, white supremacy, and how both contribute to the experience of violence.
